The Omakase concept consists in giving free rein to the inspiration of the Chef who will offer you a unique menu based on products carefully selected by him.
From September 1st, 2022, an ephemeral menu focused on nigiri sushi will be offered to you.
Chef Eric Ticana will mainly work with cooked and raw seafood, many marinades based on soy sauce, smoking and flambéing.
Unfortunately, this menu is not suitable for people who are vegetarian or gluten intolerant/allergic.
We apologize for this, and ask you to consider this information before booking.



Omakase welcomes you exclusively by reservation : 

Menu Affaires 39 Euros
Lunch from Thursday to Friday 
Mise en bouche, starter, selection of nigiris sushis and dessert

Menu Omakase 98 Euros
Lunch on Saturday and 
Dinner from Wednesday to Saturday
Mise en bouche, starter, selection of traditional and fusion nigiris sushis, pre-dessert and dessert


Arrival for lunch: between 12:30 p.m. and 1:00 p.m.
Arrival for dinner: between 7:45 p.m. and 8:00 p.m.
